- Flex courses may provide students with the opportunity to meet in-person on campus, on the synchronous days and times already scheduled, if 条件允许.

- 估算credits are developmental courses for students who need to prepare themselves for college-level work. They count toward financial aid requirements but do not count toward earned college credits or GPA.

Students will investigate fundamental concepts of chemistry from a theoretical approach using basic scientific tools of measurement and problem solving. Topics include atomic structure, 命名法, 成键, periodic behavior, chemical equations, 酸和碱, 气体, 液体, 固体, and properties of 解决方案. The course is for students with little or no chemistry background who are pursuing a degree in an allied health field.
